How do I know which size to pick?
Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements. Our fits run boxy and relaxed, so measure a shirt you already own and match it rather than guessing from your usual size. Still unsure, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, anywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka is ৳70 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka is ৳130 and takes 2 to 4 working days.
Can I check the product before I pay?
Yes, and you should. Pay the delivery agent when the parcel reaches you, no card and no advance. Open it in front of the agent and check the size, colour and condition. If something is wrong, hand it back on the spot at no cost. After the agent leaves we will still arrange a return, but the courier charge is on you.
How do I care for these pieces?
Cold wash, inside out, dry in shade, iron on reverse. The denim is raw, so wash it as little as you can get away with. It runs firm for the first few wears then settles to your body, and expect a small amount of shrinkage on the first wash.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery agent before you pay. Size, colour, condition. If something is wrong, hand it straight back. Returns at the door cost you nothing.
If you need a return or exchange after the agent has left, we will still arrange it, but the courier charge for sending the product back is on you. The item must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
This is why the two minutes at the door matter.
